Social Work in the Field

What kind of impact can you make in a semester? If you’re a student studying social work at UGA, you might start a campaign to collect luggage for foster children; lead a sexual exploitation awareness rally in Atlanta; or join forces with locals to give underprivileged high schoolers a wonderful prom. Dr. Michael Robinson, Assistant Professor of Social Work, shares how students in his experiential learning class are drawing together individuals from every corner of the community in service to others - all in just a few short months.
