Two days after Donald Trump Jr and other nationally-known conservatives stopped in Athens as part of a Campus Clash tour, the Stacey Abrams campaign is planning a Meet and Greet with Young Voters in Athens Thursday.
According to a campaign release, the Democratic Gubernatorial Nominee plans to discuss the importance of voting for Democrats across the state. Abrams is expected to be joined by Athens Mayor-Elect Kelly Girtz, local college students and community members.
The meet and greet is Thursday, October 11 at 6 pm, at Hendershot’s.
