Athens-Clarke County Mayor Kelly Girtz has released his proposed budget for next year and commissioners are busily reviewing the massive, 400-plus page document that proposes nearly $185 million in spending. One of the commissioners who will be tweaking and voting on the budget in the coming weeks is District 10’s Mike Hamby, and he sat down with WUGA’s Martin Matheny to talk about all things budgetary.
