U.S. Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock voiced his support for a long-term government funding deal and reiterated his call for a bipartisan approach to avoid a shutdown and pass government funding legislation for the full fiscal year.
He said the nation can’t afford to have the government shutdown.
The Senator also said he is committed to providing funding for projects in Georgia.
In addition, Warnock would like to see funds for election security measures.
