The 13th Annual Firefly Trail Ticket to Ride takes place Saturday, March 23. The non-competitive bicycle ride features options from 15 to 82 miles for participants.
When completed, the trail will stretch 39 miles between Athens and Union Point.
Mark Ralston is the immediate past president of Firefly Trail Incorporated.
Ralston says significant progress has been made on the trial in recent years.
