Mayor Kelly Girtz will be hosting the first of two Community Conversations Thursday afternoon at 4 pm. He added the meeting in the wake of Sunday’s protest and ahead of the upcoming march this Saturday.
He will be joined by Police Chief Cleveland Spruill, Manager Blaine Williams and Assistant Manager Deborah London. They will answer questions submitted at www.accgov.com/mayor. You can also email Mayor Gritz at Kelly.girtz@accgov.com.
A previously scheduled meeting for June 10 at 6 pm will still take place. That meeting will include Chief Spruill for a more in-depth conversation about the police department.
