The Athens-Clarke County Police Department has scheduled a press conference regarding the use of tear gas at the Black Lives Matter rally and protest on May, 31st.
According to a release from the department, ACCPD will provide an Office of Professional Standards review of the use of force.
Video footage of the incident will also be released.
Space is limited due to social distancing requirements.
