The updates include news from Libya (where hope is fading for the country’s year old peace process), Mozambique (where the army with support from Rwandan troops have recaptured the northern port of Mocimboa da Praia from Islamic insurgents), and Sudan (where the nation’s civilian Cabinet has resolved to hand over former president Omar al-Bashir and ex-officials over to the International Criminal Court).
