African Perspectives for November 29,2020

The final episode in November continues the extended commemoration of twenty-four years of our show on WUGA. We will celebrate over the next two months and give away four African music CDs during the celebration. It is the final show in the anniversary month and the winner of fortnight #2 African music CD giveaway competition is announced. This episode also fulfils our promise to provide additional background on Ghana’s longest serving head of state, Flt Lt. Jerry John Rawlings who recently passed away at the age of 73. As always, the episode featured selected enjoyable music from Africa and/or by Africans including selections from the album The Playmaker by Nigeria’s Phyno.
