WalletHub has ranked the best and worst cities to start a career and two Georgia cities made the list, but at opposite ends of the spectrum.
Georgia's capital city ranks among the best when it comes to getting that first job. The personal finance website WalletHub compared the 150 largest markets in the U.S., using 23 indicators of career friendliness. Analyst Jill Gonzalez says Atlanta is highly ranked.
"Atlanta is in the top 10, right at number six," according to Gonzalez.
She says the city has much to offer first-time workers.
