The yearly Georgia-Florida game is this weekend, but because of Coronavirus, its gonna look a little different both in Jacksonville and on Saint Simons Island.


Tomorrow in Jacksonville, the No. 5 ranked University of Georgia football team will take on the No.8 ranked University of Florida. The traditional rivalry game will be a little different this year, however, because of the COVID-19 pandemic.


UGA Football to Take on Crimson Tide This Weekend

Tomorrow the No. 3 ranked University of Georgia football team will travel to Tuscaloosa to play the No. 2 ranked University of Alabama. 


Fans looking to attend the game will see social distancing guidelines reduce attendance to just 20 percent of what is traditional. There will also be no tailgating allowed before the game. 

There is however some uncertainty as to how the game itself will play out. Earlier this week Alabama head coach Nick Saban tested positive for COVID-19, along with University of Alabama Athletic Director Greg Byrne.

Following their win last week the UGA Football team is looking to continue their undefeated season


Tomorrow the No. 3 ranked University of Georgia Football team will continue their 2020 conference-only campaign against the No. 14 ranked Tennessee Volunteers. The game will kick off at 3:30 pm at Sanford Stadium and have limited attendance as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

UGA is kicking off their home football season this weekend,

This Saturday the No. 4 ranked University of Georgia football team will host the No. 7 ranked Auburn Tigers at Sanford Stadium.

Seating at the game is limited to 20-25% of what is normally available, and social distancing precautions like mandatory face coverings and a distance of 6 feet between all spectators not sitting together will be utilized.

Additionally, tailgating will be limited to ticket holders, and fans will only be allowed to gather with people they are intending to sit with during the game. 


Tomorrow the No. 4 ranked University of Georgia Football team will kick off their season away against Arkansas.

There will be limited seating at Razorback Stadium, and fans will be required to maintain social distancing and wear face coverings at all times. Additionally, there will be no tailgating in Fayetteville as per University rules.

Kickoff for tomorrow’s game against Arkansas is at 4 pm
