The Atlanta Highway and Lexington Roads that bring you into Athens have long been criticized by political leaders, business owners, and regular Athenians for being an eyesore, compared to the city’s vibrant downtown and other areas. Now, Athens Clarke County Government is seeking public input on how to give those highly-trafficked corridors more curb appeal.
