A new investigation by WebMD and Georgia Health News looked into what happens when hospitals break the law that guarantees prompt, and sometimes life-saving, care to anyone who visits an emergency room. The report analyzed ten years worth of violations and found that hospitals in the Southeastern U.S. received the highest number of violations.
