Atlanta's Grady Hospital is working to reduce frequent ER use

Frequent misuse of emergency rooms is a common issue for public safety net hospitals, including for Atlanta’s Grady Memorial Hospital. Patients who use the ER to access medical care six or more times in six months are sometimes called "frequent fliers."
