Macon hospital to close onsite McDonald's

Following a complaint from a physicians’ advocacy group, Macon’s Medical Center Navicent Health has decided to close the McDonald’s restaurant operating onsite.

The move reflects a growing opposition to the presence of fast food locations on hospital campuses.
