Two men are charged with murder in the shooting death of an Athens man. According to a media release from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department, around 4:30 Thursday afternoon, officers found Ketorian Cooper in the breezeway of the 110 building on Hickman Drive.
He was transported to a local hospital where later died from his injuries. 21-year old David Richard and 15-year old Quatravius Hull, both of Athens, were arrested and charged with murder.
