Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement to Host Mayoral Forum

Athens residents interested in hearing from candidates running for mayor are invited to the 2022 Mayoral Forum hosted by the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement. Knowa Johnson, Vice President of the organization, says this is a this is an opportunity for the candidates to address the public and hear concerns.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, April 9th from 1 pm to 2:30 pm. Visit www.aadmovement.org for more information or to submit questions for the candidates.

Alexia Ridley
Alexia Ridley joined WUGA as Television and Radio News Anchor and Reporter in 2013. When WUGA TV concluded operations, she became the primary Reporter for WUGA Radio. Alexia came to Athens from Macon where she served as the News Director and show host for WGXA TV. She's a career journalist and Savannah native hailing from the University of Michigan. However, Alexia considers herself an honorary UGA DAWG!
