Athens News Matters: UGA's Police are Learning how to Better Serve Sexual Assault Victims

The statistics are sobering: Nationwide, one in five women will be sexually assaulted during their college years and six percent of college men will as well. A new training program at the University of Georgia is helping police officers learn how to better serve and protect victims.
