With two and a half million ballots cast during early voting -- an unprecedented number for a midterm election -- Georgians are getting ready for what should be a record Midterm Election Day turnout.

Here’s some last-minute reminders before heading out to the polls:

All voters must bring some form of valid state or federal government-issued photo ID such as: an active or expired Georgia driver’s license, Student ID from a Georgia public College or University, U.S. passport, U.S. military photo ID, tribal photo ID, or government employee photo ID.

All voting locations will be open from 7 AM-7 PM, and voters should check Georgia’s Secretary of State’s My Voter Page for their registration information, sample ballots, and directions to their voting site.

Elections officials remind voters that as long as they are in the voting line before 7 PM, they will be allowed to vote.
