Earlier this month, when a Fulton County grand jury wrapped up its months-long investigation into possible 2020 election interference by President Donald Trump and his allies, the grand jury recommended its findings be made public. Now, a Fulton County judge is set to hear arguments on whether to release all or part of the report to the public.

Fulton Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney will hear arguments from the Fulton District Attorney’s office, media organizations, and perhaps other interested parties. The report could contain recommendations to bring potential criminal charges against Trump or his allies.

McBurney will decide how much, if any, of the report should be made available to the public, whether any parts should be redacted, and when the release should happen if it does. It is not known when to expect a ruling.
