Every hurricane season it seams like in the Southeast we're experiencing stronger, more rapidly intensifying hurricanes. Here at UGA we're lucky to have Dr. J Marshall Shepherd, a preeminent atmospheric scientist who studies extreme weather and climate events, to connect the dots for us.
