ACC Solid Waste has made changes to its collection schedule for the 2020 holiday season.
During the week of Thanksgiving, collections will not be taken after Wednesday. Instead, Monday and Tuesday routes will be collected on Monday Nov. 23, Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected on Tuesday Nov. 24, and Friday routes will be collected on Wednesday Nov. 25.
Christmas week will also be seeing similar changes, for there will be no collections after Thursday. Monday and Tuesday routes will remain the same, whereas Wednesday and Thursday routes will be collected on Wednesday Dec. 23, and Friday routes will be collected on Thursday Dec. 24.
For New Year’s week, from Monday-Wednesday, collection routes will also continue as normal, however, Thursday and Friday routes will be collected on Thursday Dec. 31.
Leaf and limb collections will be suspended during these holiday weeks.
ACC Solid Waste asks that all trash and recycling roll-carts be out on the curb by 7 am on your altered service pick-up day.
