Years of underfunding of public health programs delayed the COVID-19 pandemic response in the United States and made its impact worse, according to a report by Trust for America’s Health. ANM's Alexia Ridley spoke with Dara Lieberman, Director of Government Relations at Trust for America’s Health about their findings, why public health programs matter, and more.
