CCSD Will Begin Vaccinating Staff Members

Clarke County School District announced Friday they will begin mass vaccinations of staff members. All staff will be offered the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine on March 10th and a second dose on March 31st. Two sites will be available at Cedar Shoals and Clarke Central high schools. The District is planning for each site to be able to administer six hundred shots daily. The news comes after the school district is taking great strides towards reopening. Today, kids in pre-K through second grade are returning to in-person learning four days a week. Older grades will begin transitioning starting March 15th.
