ACC Government Seeks Input on New Library Design

From now until December 15, residents will be able to offer input on the designs for the new East Side Library set to be built on Barnett Shoals Road. Athens-Clarke County Unified Government has invited residents to submit their comments online.

In addition, three info sessions will be held to discuss the preliminary designs so that residents can provide feedback to the project team. These design options are also available to view online on the ACC.GOV website.

The East Side Public Library Project is a part of the Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (SPLOST). Around $14.4 million has been designated for this project through SPLOST.
