The Watkinsville-based travel show View Finders will have its series premiere this evening. The series airs on the national Public Broadcasting Service.
Creator and Co-Host Chris Greer describe the unique nature of the series.
“At its very core, it’s a travel show that goes to beautiful places and showcases just what an incredible planet we live on and how amazing the United States is,” Greer said.
Jan Watson-Greer is the Director of Downtown Development for Watkinsville. The organization is holding a watch party for the premiere.
“We have a season premiere watch party at Publica Coffee in downtown Watkinsville. We are just trying to celebrate our downtown business owners and consider Chris kind of a local celebrity.”
The show airs at 9:30 pm on Mondays.
