ACC Government phones down for over 36 hours
Phone numbers across ACCGov departments are unable to receive incoming calls due to “phone service provider issues,” according to an alert. Those lines have been down since Monday morning.
Outbound calls are not affected by the errors, and the service provider is “actively working” to fix what's been categorized as configuration issues on the service provider's end, said ACC Chief Information Officer Travis Cooper.
“There are a lot of people and businesses in our community that have been impacted by being unable to interact with their local government by telephone and we are actively working to resume those communications,” Cooper said in an email.
There is no public indication on when the functionality of affected phone numbers will be restored.
