Body found near West Broad condo complex

The body of a man was found in a drainage pipe near a condominium complex off West Broad Street in Athens.

The body was found shortly after 11am Thursday by a person associated with the property and a contractor who was at the location to access damage to the drainage pipe.

Police say the body carried no ID. An autopsy has been ordered.
