A new study from the University of Georgia College of Public Health concludes that employers play a significant role in how well, or how poorly, a working mother is able to cope with the demands of a new baby when returning to her job. Rachel McCardel, lead author of the study and doctoral candidate at UGA’s College of Public Health discussed the results with WUGA's Martin Matheny.
