Early voting for runoff will have a much smaller window than the general election

Local elections officials have to finish counting and certifying this election before the runoff can officially begin; that means a much tighter timeline for voting.

"Early voting must begin no later than Monday, November 28th in all counties," Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said. We do anticipate that some counties may likely have Saturday voting following Thanksgiving as well."

About 150,000 Georgians will automatically receive a mail in absentee ballot and others can request one starting today. Check with your local county Election Office for more details on when and how you can vote in the runoff
