ACC Federation of Neighborhoods to host gang violence and crime prevention forum

ACC Federation of Neighborhoods

The Athens-Clarke County Federation of Neighborhoods is hosting a forum on gang violence and crime prevention this evening. Board member Tim Denson says the forum will feature a panel discussion and moderator and will allow questions and will allow community members to share their concerns and ask questions. Attendees will hear from a wide range of participants addressing the issues, including ACC Police Chief Jerry Saulters, and representatives with the Athens Anti-Discrimination Movement, the Public Defender's office and the police Gang Task Force.

The forum is on Monday evening at 7 pm at Cine. All Federation of Neighborhood forums are free and open to the public. For more information, email: contact@accneighborhoods.org, or visit accneighborhoods.org.
