Climate activists say a new rule from the Environmental Protection Agency would cut coal and gas plant pollution in Georgia. Jennette Gayer is state director of Environment Georgia Research and Policy Center. She says those new limits on carbon pollution would cut global warming.
Gayer says the facilities considered the worst offenders, including plants in Georgia, have an outsized impact.
