Athens Federation of Neighborhoods Hosting Forum on Arts

The Athens-Clarke Federation of Neighborhoods is hosting a forum on “The Arts in Athens,” this month. Participants will discuss the current state of arts opportunities and education in Athens. Panelists will also discuss their role in the arts. Tim Denson is a board member with the organization. He says the federation features a wide-ranging variety of topics.

Members of the arts community including representatives from the Lyndon House Arts Center, Georgia Museum of Art, University of Georgia and Clarke County School District will attend. Community members will be able ask questions and share comments.

The forum is Monday, June 12 at 7 pm at Cine. All Federation of Neighborhood forums are free and open to the public.
