Athens-Clarke County voters will head to the polls Tuesday to decide the next Clerk of Superior Court. So far, the turnout early voting, both in-person and absentee ballots, has been low, around 4% according to Charlotte Sosebee, Director of Elections for Clarke County.
Sosebee says every election requires the same amount of resources and effort, so she would like to see higher turnouts in Special Elections.
