The holidays can be a time of cheer for many, filled with joyous reunions and festive feasts. For others, however, the holidays can be a time of stress, loneliness, and loss—when mental health can take a serious hit. Last week, we reached out to Doctor Naynette Kennett, Clinical Assistant Professor at the UGA School of Social Work, to discuss best practices for dealing with uncomfortable emotions linked to the holidays.
