In celebration of National Voter Registration Day, Constitution Day, and Citizenship Day, Athens-native R.E.M. has unveiled a new digital compilation titled We Are Hope Despite the Times. This 18-track collection, featuring politically charged songs from the band's extensive catalog, aims to motivate listeners to engage in the democratic process ahead of the upcoming elections.

The title is inspired by lyrics from their song "These Days," and the compilation includes classics like "Welcome to the Occupation" and "It's the End of the World As We Know It." R.E.M. previously partnered with initiatives like Rock the Vote.

Fans can stream the compilation on their preferred platforms and are encouraged to register to vote at vote.gov or headcount.org.
