After the Polls close on November 5th the election watch parties will begin. Student organizations such as the School of International and Public Affairs will host a gathering at MLC room 348, from 7:30 to 10 pm. The SPIA event is open to all University of Georgia students.
The UGA College Republicans have partnered with Turning Point UGA and will also be hosting an election night watch party at the Silver Dollar Bar at 9pm.
On Wednesday The Young Dems will have their regular meeting at the Farmers Market to provide a space for students to share their thoughts on the election and the results
With record early voting turnouts in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia remains a key swing state in this Presidential race.
