Artist in Residence for February: Barbette Houser/Interview

Note: this story celebrates one of the artists in WUGA's 5 year Artist in Residence series which concluded in 2019.The first "Artist in Residence" for 2019 is Barbette Houser.  The event is Saturday, February 16 from 3pm-5pm at the home of the artist.
