Analysts: Apple's iTunes Alters Digital Music Business
Two months after Apple Computer launches its subscription-based iTunes Music Store, analysts praise the service and say it represents the future of music on the Internet. House Considers 'Real ID Act'
The House of Representatives is scheduled to vote as early as Wednesday on new measures that could make it harder to get a driver's license. The bill, known as the "Real ID Act," requires states to demand up to six forms of identification for license applicants.

In Texas, thousands of mail ballots were rejected following new ID requirements
Perhaps most notably, Harris County rejected a whopping 19% percent of the mail ballots it received, or 6,888 ballots in total. Four years ago the county's rejection rate was about 0.3%.

Tougher ID Standards Already in Place
The spending bill passed by the House Thursday includes a requirement to show four types of ID when you arrive at the local department of motor vehicles. In places that already have this regulation, the process can be a bit more challenging.
