Last week, a group of reporters broke the news that newly-appointed Board of Education member Antwon Stephens did not graduate from Cedar Shoals High School, as he implied. That story wasn’t broken by WUGA, The Athens Banner-Herald, or Flagpole Magazine. Those reporters were all student journalists at Cedar Shoals High School.
