University of Georgia Police say several burglaries were reported in East Campus Village Building 1516 Tuesday.
A department release says the incidents happened between 1 am and 9 am. All the reported crimes involve cash, small electronics, and similar items in plain sight which were easily carried from unlocked rooms.
One victim thought the suspect was possibly a male, but no other description is available. None of the reported incidents involve forced entry or damage to property. There have been no reports of violence or contact with any victim. Police urge everyone to lock their doors at all times.
