*UPDATE* All lanes of highway 441 now open after crews cleared overturned crane from roadway.

The Oconee county sheriff’s office is urging driving to avoid highway 441 near Farmington.
The office has issued an alert regarding an overturned crane truck on the highway.
The roadway is completely shut down. Authorities expect it to be closed for hours. When the crane overturned, it also spilled its hydraulic fluid.
The truck overturned this morning and the one lane which had been open is now also closed.
Once again, drivers are urged to avoid the area on highway 441 near Farmington.
