Where do Georgia's tobacco dollars go?

Twenty years ago, Georgia and 45 other states began receiving yearly payouts from tobacco companies as part of a legal settlement. These dollars were meant to support tobacco cessation, but that’s not always where the funds end up.

This week on the Georgia Health Report, host Lauren Baggett and Andy Miller of Georgia Health News ask, where do Georgia’s tobacco settlement dollars go?
