Kemp Declares State of Emergency in Three Counties

Governor Brian Kemp issued a state of emergency in Grady, Harris and Talbot counties on March 4 after severe storms caused fallen trees, fallen powerlines and other damage in those regions of the state.

The resources of the state will be made available for response and recovery.

The Executive Order will be valid through March 9.
