The Athens-Clarke County Police Department is investigating an Aggravated Assault that ended with a victim with stab wounds being dropped off at the emergency room. A media release from the department states officers received a call from a hospital employee regarding a male victim with multiple stab wounds.
Officers believe he was dropped off by three other males who left before being identified. Evidence indicates the assault happened at the Twin Oaks Apartments on Broad Street, due to an altercation between the victim and multiple individuals.
