The Clarke County School District will begin providing free meals for students beginning Tuesday, March 17th. Meals will be available for pickup at locations (drive through at Hilsman Middle and Oglethorpe Avenue Elementary), and delivered to select neighborhoods by school bus.
The district requests certain guidelines be followed to receive the meals. They include:
Students must be present to get their meals, adult meals are not available to buy at this time, students must take entire meal, no choices will be provided.
Meals are available between 8 am and 10 am for those at the pickup locations.
In addition, a CCSD school bus will make scheduled stops to deliver meals. Information on the bus deliveries is available on the district website at www.clarke.12.ga.us. as well as social media sites.
