A Hull man has been arrested in connection with a series of car break-ins and thefts. According to the ACCPD, investigators issues six warrants against 56-year old Jeffery Foote after he was captured in surveillance video enter vehicles on Bel-Air Drive and Clubs Drive on April 23rd.
Authorities identified Foote through home surveillance videos and Ring video.
