With all three counties reporting in Georgia's State Senate District 46 race, Incumbent Republican candidate Bill Cowsert has won with 61% of the votes against Democratic opponent Zachary Perry.
At the same time, in the State Senate District 47 race, Incumbent Republican candidate Frank Ginn has won with 66% of votes against Democratic candidate Dawn Johnson who received only 34% of the votes.
