Cognia found improvements in two of the three Board governance areas that had previously been considered “deficient” about a year ago - those two areas center on the Board’s adherence to procedures and the Board’s code of ethics. Cognia found no change in a third criterion. CCSD’s accreditation status was previously downgraded in January 2020 by Cognia.
