Athens-Clarke Police have arrested a 15-year old male in connection with a shooting on Spring Valley Road on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. The victim, a 15-year old female was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. According to a release from the Athens-Clarke County Police Department, the juvenile suspect is charged with Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime and Cruelty to Children 1st Degree.
